DF Transport LTD was founded in September 2012 at our family home in Saxilby, Lincoln and within the last 6 years has grown from strength to strength.

DF Transport Ltd now operates within a 1000sq ft unit in the same village of Saxilby in Lincoln,this unit is also where our offices are housed to keep all business concerns under one roof.

We have a number of high profile companies that we work alongside and do business with and take a lot of pride in our relationships we’ve built over the years.
We believe that we offer a product which is second to none and we prides ourselves on service, excellence and professionalism.

DF Transport Ltd is proud of its roots and we are looking to establish ourselves within the courier and transport industry in Lincoln and the UK. All of our staff relate to our values and priciples and they have become a valuable member of the DF Transport Ltd family. Between the 6 employees we have a total of 126 years experience within the courier and transport operations.

Our Company

We are an independent, local family run business which takes great pride in offering a personal and professional, same day courier service.

We have an excellent record of continuous growth and expansion, along with a nationwide customer base. This is evidence of our ability to provide an efficient courier service throughout the business sector within Lincolnshire.

We have an extensive, comprehensive fleet of vehicles ranging from small vans through to pallet flatbeds. With our large fleet of vehicles we are able to efficiently service the needs of our customers even on the busiest days. We take pride in our clean, regularly serviced and maintained vehicles.

All of our couriers have mobile communications so proof of delivery can be obtained immediately, providing you with complete peace of mind.

David is the Managing Director of DF Transport LTD and has gained experience in the courier trade since 2002,working for big companies such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS and DHL. Starting as an owner driver in 2007 Dave used his contacts and experience to develop his own business skills and built up a a customer base which he could utilise when the opportunity came about to start his own company. A local family man who takes a pride in customer relations and having a healthy working relationship with his team. Since 2012 David has been working hard to stabilise DF Transport LTD within the local community and beyond, this has proved to be a key factor in securing contracts with a number of high profile businesses and the main focus is to build on this steady growth over the coming years.

Andy has been with the business since it first opened its doors in 2012. Andy has worked his way up from courier to Operations Manager and has been a loyal servant to DF Transport Ltd. In that time he has worked closely with Managing Director David Frecklington to improve the standards of the business and that of the workforce. Andrew is very experienced in the trade with 20 years of knowledge, having worked across the county and beyond. Andrew is a family man who has worked extremely hard over the years and is a well respected member of staff, he takes pride in his work and is very conscientious with job satisfactory at the top of his priorities. Andrew is a team player and is keen to keep improving all aspects of the business to help establish DF Transport Ltd as one of the leading local transport and courier companies.

Robert is popular member amongst his colleagues and his customers. Based in the Lincolnshire area Robert has developed knowledge of the Sleaford and Grantham areas in particular alongside his knowledge of the very rural side of Lincolnshire. Robert also has the knowledge of the mechanical side of the fleet and is always keen to help us in making sure our vehicles are kept in good working order. Robert is also keen to help out the business as and when needed to make sure DF Transport Ltd can fulfil its customers needs.
